With a complete exterior upgrade and interior restructuring, this instrument-manufacturing’s corporate headquarters aims to entice international clientele. The new lobby features a curved accent wall with locally-quarried stone. The custom-made pendants are made from oil drilling probe heads, using the business’ own design in a unique way. Upstairs, the product display area shows off the precision instruments, surrounded by a modular partition system. This system is re-usable for future offices. The entire 20,000 sf office is upgraded in modern clean-line finishes and durable surfaces. For its unique implementation of a reusable partition system, this project was featured in the September 2010 issue of Green Building and Design. Truly a showpiece in the south Fort Worth district, this office remodel is a landmark case study for us and our client.
